Want to make a booking for the Hall or Annexe? First of all please check the Village Hall Calendar then complete the form below for submission to the Booking Officer (Val Jevans) or contact her direct by email - firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone – 01548 561841.
The Start and Finish times of your booking must include any set-up and clear-up time. These timings will be used to invoice for the booking.
Use the Additional Details to include any extra information or to cancel or modify a booking. If you are booking the same event on different days you can also use it to list the additional dates needed.
The email address given will be used as the contact for all electronic communication regarding the booking, including the invoice and booking confirmation. Please be sure to enter the correct email address.
Booking charges can be found on the Rates page but suggest that if you have particular requirements regarding your booking then please contact the Booking Officer. Invoices will be sent electronically whenever possible.
